Bouclair, as a leading Canadian furniture and lifestyle retailer, needed to renew its e-commerce platform to better reflect it’s own brand identity and respond to evolving customer expectations.

THE CONCEPT

The analysis showed a fragmented customer base with diverse needs, and a highly competitive online landscape. We wanted to reposition Bouclair with a clearer identity and a more seamless, design-driven digital experience.

THE IMPACT

An 8% increase in online sales uplift in 2024 from the new e-commerce experience, strengthened Bouclair's positioning in Canada versus its competitors.
