Founded in Brussels in 2020 by Yahya Ennouari. A small core, a hand-picked circle of specialists, and one way of working: the bureau writes the decision with you, then stays accountable for it, through delivery and beyond.
The founder
Yahya Ennouari approaches strategy like architecture: imagining what could exist, gathering the right materials, and giving each idea a clear structure and room to grow.
He started in Paris at Publicis, moved to Brussels for ICF Next, then joined Bellerose as Head of Brand and Marketing. He founded MHCS in 2020. Today he also acts as external Brand Director for Micadoni and teaches brand strategy at ECS Brussels.
What he does best: reading a market before it moves, choosing one direction and making it hold, then building the team that delivers it.
